Why Microsoft sucks

It's because they continue to disregard their users. Take their meeting software, Livemeeting, as an example. They do system maintenance from 6-9pm. Now, there are companies that actually will meet then and more importantly, students trying to demo their final projects! WTF. They have a ton of servers. Would it kill them to spread the load over half of the servers and do the update on the other half, then vice versa? This would be much better than disrupting service altogether.
