Amber is in a school near this intersection. The school is in lockdown.> Shot fired in SW Portland: Police say man perched in a tree house reportedly fired a weapon at least one time at officers near the intersection of 43rd and SW Arnold Street, just off Capitol Highway. It does not appear that anyone is injured, according to scanner traffic. Police have blocked off surrounding roads. More to come…
