With a universe 13.7 billion years old and the size of an AU 0.0000158 ly, the difference between the size of the universe and the size of the solar system is only 15 orders of magnitude.

x meter * 10e15 << x light year * 10e15

The only units I see are years and light years. Since he says "size" and not "time" one would assume he meant light years. That means the universe must be ~2E9 lightyears * the number of AU in the diameter of the solar system.
