So we all get bonus checks for reaching this critical milestone ahead of schedule and under cost, right? It's only fair that we be compensated for the extra hours we put in outside of work to reach this goal.

Ha! Unfortunately for you, upper management set unrealistic goals and budgets! You're late and over budget despite having done excellent work. As a result, there will be layoffs at Mohtalim.
