I'd be happy with just volume controls, but the impedances are so mismatched that it doesn't help.

God is surprisingly petty and vandalismatastic.

Is that even a word? I'm 98% sure it isn't, but figured I'd make sure.

Did you even have to ask?

But if you must know the correct adjective is vandalistic.

This probably doesn't apply to most of you but maybe some of you. I use my cell's free long distance to call a phone card's local access number rather than the 800 number to call Taiwan since the rates are cheaper. Useful if you call international a lot.

One minor annoyance I always feel though, is that I tend to want to save my minutes when I dial local calls, so I would choose to use a landline phone instead of my cell phone. Same applies when local people call me on my cell phone so that I waste my minutes and they dont. Heh, minor annoyance, just a little...no big deal. yes, no big deal...yes...ok must stop...

Hmm, I'm guessing you either have a plan with way too few minutes, or you talk more on the phone than you originally anticipated ^_^;

My situation is 600 minutes/month, with free nights and weekends. Last month I used 174 minutes (not counting the free minutes).

I will get a cell one day.

I swear.
It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but it doesn't take any to just sit there with a dumb look on your face.

Well I "downgraded" my plan from 600 to 300 min but added the free mobile-to-mobile and unlimited SMS option. 300 min for international/other calls, and the mobile-to-mobile for, well, T-mobile calls. Ends up being the same cost. And when I call you vinny, it's free for me :)

oh and I can also mass message you unlimited times, hah! That also includes using the "portable" AIM on my phone, which umm...I don't use anymore.

I still haven't read the ridiculously thick instruction manual for my phone... perhaps someday. (ie. I don't even know how to SMS)
