Well, my usual is "underpowered oddball", but since that's not there, the last two characters I've played were druids. Not that I (or they) care about nature. I just think they have a pretty cool set of abilities.

Well, we've got a mage and a thief already. Go with archer! Unless you want to be an orc... Of course, you can never have too much slime around.

Archers suck. At least thieves are fast. For distance dps, mage >> archer. And if you have a cleric, you don't need any armor.

Really, though, it's all about Cleric raising an army of undead. Works every time.

It doesn't necessarily work as well as expected and it definitely doesn't work every time. I know from experience.
