Hmm. Specs say no digital inputs and only one stereo input. I can't imagine that's accurate, but if it is, you'd have to keep unplugging and replugging all your game systems, computer, set-top box (if you ever go back to cable/sat), etc. For $270, I'd expect more in the way of inputs.
If you're serious about getting a set of speakers, I'd recommend looking at AVS forums. They usually have a thread arguing about the best value at any given price point. Alternatively, search fatwallet for "home theater in a box" and see what deals they recommend.
