Shit man I don't want to have to buy a winter parka ever again.

CMU grads: we just love gentrifying?

It snows in Portland I'm pretty sure...

The SF Bay area is running out of places to gentrify really. Pretty soon, we'll end up gentrifying the grapes of Napa, Sonoma and Livermore :-\ Heck, to some extent that's already happening as some of the rich people think it'd be great to have their own vineyard or even winery. If we ever get high speed rail up and running, it'll go even faster throughout the state. It's hard to beat 6+ months of pure sunshine without the threat of rain, but without the oppressive heat of being a desert like Arizona or Nevada.

There's a huge difference between "it snows in Portland" and "there's snow on the ground all winter long."
