Left 4 Dead 2
Re: Left 4 Dead 2
if you need a sub I'm usually free after 7pmEST. Just IM me on steam etc. Also, play the game w/ mics, it improves the experience tenfold.
Or we can go 4v4 etc.

Re: Left 4 Dead 2
I only play multiplayer games with voice nowadays.
Tuesdays I can get 4 Oregonians (including me) online. I'll ask 'em if they want to 4v4 sometime (Vinny, Joe, Dave, Chuck).

Re: Left 4 Dead 2
Interest in doing a 4v4 tomorrow at 10 (possibly more like 11) PM EST? Realistically, this is the last week of the year we can attempt this.
My friend Ryan always tries to get us started at 10 PM EST and my friend Erik never logs in until 11 PM EST. Jay and I usually get on shortly after 10.

I usually have steam on in my taskbar so if this goes down, give me a msg!
It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but it doesn't take any to just sit there with a dumb look on your face.

What is everyone's steam name? I'm vyroband (alias vyro).

So, if it's just Chuck online, we can fill out a foursome. If anyone else logs in, we'll have problems.

Excellent! I know Erik (who actually flaked out because of "work" pff) is on vacation next week, and I'm out week after, so I'm expecting the next time for a 4v4 will be in January.

He was the weakest link! To be fair, Ellis was always causing problems on our side...Jonathan wrote:The Don't Hate Harder, Hate Smarter team really hates Nick.
It was indeed a lot of fun. If you get a fourth, we need a fourth too!!

Clearly when the baby comes Joe can be a good husband by staying up late to feed it, and entertaining himself via video games.
Forgot to mention to Vinny, our crew uses Skype generally instead of in-game voice. Partially because they like Skype quality better, partially because they don't like PTT, partially because they want to keep comms up while switching games or crashing.

I'm fine with Skype if my teammates want to use it. Admittedly, I'm annoyed that the built-in chat, which was designed for this purpose, occasionally does not work for me.

I almost got a nice pounce on jonathan on the first map of parish but then jonathan had to look up and shoot me in the face...midair...
Jockey is hard to play but nothing is more rewarding then pulling a survivor back to start safe room. Note if all the survivors are in the safe room while the door is open, special infected get insta-spawn privileges.

I need to figure out if my current laptop can support L4D2 first. If not, I'll probably get a desktop since I actually have a desk and would like a more powerful computer around.Jonathan wrote:JOOOOOEOEOEOE

Also, I don't plan on taking off too many weeks when the baby comes. I've got a house that needs paying for :-\
