YouTube Executives Ignored Warnings, Letting Toxic Videos Ru

This one is tough. Not because it clearly isn't true---it is clearly true. However, I feel there is something useful about YouTube, unlike, for example, Twitter or Facebook.

Being a site where anybody can upload a video seems at odds with the need for a site where dick bags don't have a platform, though. Can that needle be threaded? Should it?

My go to place for mass shooting videos (Watch People Die) on reddit got banned this last week! Youtube is too filled with shitty annoying non-on-topic results for me.
It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but it doesn't take any to just sit there with a dumb look on your face.

YouTube Kids has always seemed like a fantastically bad idea to me.
