Market going to tank again?

This article seems to think so based on technical analysis. If you're like me and didn't know what the BDI is, you might want to skip to the bottom where it explains what it measures first.

Who's gonna pull their money back out of stocks? Mind you that this is a European index, and may have a different affect on US markets which tend to be a safe harbor when the Euro is tanking. So yeah, what do you guys think?

I don't try to time markets or invest in individual stocks. Useless, but I wanted to say so anyway!
