hehehe, Gateway called themselves green and mushy...In its 2005 lawsuit, AMD also quoted an executive from Gateway complaining that Intel's threats of retaliation for working with AMD beat them "into guacamole."

Good lede.The Federal Trade Commission is trumpeting its settlement with Intel Corp. as a victory for consumers who have overpaid for computer chips for a decade, though computer buyers shouldn't expect a sudden drop in prices.
