i hate slashdot

this is a perfect example of a genuinely interesting interview with will wright on the guardian. but instead of posting a link to the interview, slashdot posts a link to a blog post which quotes the interview. the submitter was clearly trolling for hits. if slashdot insists on using human editors to select stories, why can't those editors actually exercise some editorial control and give us the real story?
