AnandTech: Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme: Is More Better?
Since George and I were discussing this and quiet cooling yesterday in a closing CompUSA, here's the link.
Too bad using a small-form factor case precludes this option. However, if I do make another "normal-sized" PC, I'll definitely take this into consideration.
