/b/ is something I want stay far far far away from... Interesting, yet scary that they list furries as the first group that makes up /b/. By the way, I've never heard the term wapanese before that link.

/b/ can be considered the "cutting edge of the intrabutt", for better or worse. Any serious internet meme most likely had connections to /b/.

gb2/b/ is definitely one of the more popular ones.
