Ummm, doesn't much of the flavor come from fat? Where's the fat in this pure muscle "meat sheets"?
On the plus side, we won't be consuming tons of antibiotics and hormones used to factory farm today. Also, the time to meat should be shorter since rather than having to grow a cow, you only need to grow the muscle part.
I guess this is going to be the first implementation of the giant yeast vats so often portrayed in sci fi novels for feeding hugely overpopulated planets.
