In the UK, T-Mobile thinks pictures of topless women are not adult content. (I block all pictures from the Inquirer anyway, so I'm not sure if the pictures at the end are NSFW or not. I suspect mostly not.)

In the US, the Bush administration has subpoenaed Google to provide lists of web searches as part of an effort to revive COPA, which you may remember was struck down by the courts.
I am inclined to disagree with both T-Mobile UK and the Bush administration. I just wish we had the UK's problems instead of ours.
