10 bit panels

With UHD starting to get some traction at CES recently due to announcement of the UHD alliance, now is a good time to start talking those 10 bit panels. Rec 2020 defines both 10 and 12 bit color encoding, but my personal take is that 10 bit panels will be the sweet spot for a long time to come. It's not like 720p or 1080i, which were intermediate steps to 1080p. The dynamic range of film (and video) isn't going to deliver 12 bits of fidelity, so anything older remastered for UHD is going to be 10 bit pretty much by default. Also, the display capability sweet spot is at 10 bits. That kind of technology development happens much more slowly than more pixels or compute power.
That said, let's collect some reviews of good 10 bit panels! As far as I can tell at the time of writing, Apple isn't selling any 10 bit panels, which blows my mind. Dell has some; I'll get some links.
