Too lazy to check, a lot, but I haven't acquired much new content recently.

The real pain is finding stuff since I have volumes all over the place (NAS, main PC, a ton of external hard drives with a hard drive dock). I tried archiving directory trees in files and searching those, but that was also a royal pain.

Also, all items purchased and original post updated!

And Amazon has $45 off coupons on those drives, so they end up being $209.99 with no tax or shipping costs added which is better than Newegg for me because of tax.

If only. Alas, I believe getting $60 back is nigh impossible :( Oh well.

Post-Order Price Match Policy
With the exception of TVs, we do not offer post-order price matching when an item's price drops after you buy it. Our prices regularly change, and the price you paid when your order shipped was the lowest price we were able to offer at the time. We consistently offer competitive prices on everything we carry because we know low prices are very important to our customers.

Buy another one and return it under the other order. Hopefully they don't have a LIFO return policy...

You have a good point. This time the barebones version is $15 cheaper than the desktop kit too! (they were the same price last time iirc). It'll delay the build to next week though (and save $55 since I'm sticking to Amazon).

Thanks and done!

I chatted with Amazon customer service in case they wanted to price match instead. Since it's a different model with no exchanges I have to return it. They handled the return and gave me a link to the paid ups printout. After that I ordered the barebones one for $194.99 (estimated delivery Friday 2012-07-27; Amazon prime is good~)

Geez, $15 for a plastic bracket? Crazy.

I think you gifted a game to me on Steam a while ago that I owe you for. Does helping save you $55 make us even?

Sure... although I probably gifted said game with no expectation of return, so I guess this is bonus!

ps. New order already shipped; ETA is still tomorrow!

Ummm, I'd have to say that's partly your fault...no registry and I hate just sending cash. If you can't make some effort, why should I? Should I just get you a Home Depot gift card? Was I even invited to your wedding?

And he gave like 10 days notice about the date in the US. There are shotgun weddings with more advanced notice than that.

My money's on Jon, Chuck, Neal, or Martin. I'd say the white guys, but George seems unlikely and I could see Chuck getting hitched. I'm still thinking Martin's in the lead here, but his advantage is slipping.

I have faith in the dark horse, Jason!! As soon as he gets his G6, the ladies will be drinking his milkshakes!

And with that I'm the only one of the 7 Dave asked about not to mentioned!

What do I win?

p.s. computer's running great. The loudest component is now the power supply in my old 24" Dell 2405FPW lcd monitor (/sigh).
