Budget Videocard?
Budget Videocard?
So, now that I'm addicted to WoW again, I was thinking I need a better videocard than a 8600 GT. Problem is, the Dell PSU doesn't have typical videocard power connectors and the space inside is pretty cramped. Any non-additional power required videocards out there that are a decent upgrade from an 8600?
It takes 43 muscles to frown and 17 to smile, but it doesn't take any to just sit there with a dumb look on your face.

ATI 4670s seem to be the 'best' that doesn't require any additional power... but they are about 50% the performance of like a 4870 or less .. for 50% of the price.
Specifically, looking at : 4670 Passivish.. not the cheapest 4670 but has HDMI and quiet for when this pc gets demoted to a HTPC heh.
