What was that utility we used to get screenshots for 525? It had some kind of fish mascot. It let you do basic bitmap manipulation, like brightness/change the color of gif, that type of thing.
Someone here wants to put screenshots of a GUI unix tool into a document, and he's trying to work out a workflow.

I think it was xv, but I haven't seen it on Redhat machines lately. Maybe it's just the install that IT used didn't have it for some reason. I'll check the CMU linux machines later.
